It's so good to confirm that Capt. Phill Abram and Aaron Petersen will be part of the Red Shield Ride on Saturday! This is great news!
I've ridden with both of these guys on numerous occasions; though only ever with Phill on our Mountain Bikes. Both of them are heaps better riders than me and perhaps that's the reason I love riding with them. Phill and Aaron have - thus far - shown me considerable grace as I try to keep up with them; even though Phill is sometimes on his single speed Mtb while I'm still struggling with my thirty odd gears.
There have a been times over the last couple of week that we didn't think Aaron would be able to make it, but yesterday his childminding concerns were answered - Thanks Jenny Petersen - and last night he booked his flights! That's right - you read it correctly, Aaron is flying over to Tassie to take part!
